Culinary Guidance, Cooking, Wine and Dine!
 
Roll up your sleeves, put on an apron and work with colleagues and friends in an enjoyable, fulfilling and creative manner. It's a hands-on team cooking experience.
 
Our events bring people together to improve communication and build morale. The simplicity of making good food and exploring wines together becomes the focus for sharing and appreciating everyone's individual skills. What better way to work toward a common goal than grilling lamb, sautéing leeks, or making warm chocolate sauce?
 
How your session will work
 
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly staff and directed to your private dining space. Here you may enjoy a glass of wine or other beverage. We will provide a quick orientation and then ask that your team puts on an apron and get ready for your session.
 
You will then be taken to our training kitchen where you will learn about the recipes and techniques involved in the menu you have selected.  Upon completion of your kitchen experience, you will be guided back to your dining room where will will serve you the fruits of your labour.
 
This will likely be one of the most rewarding and interactive dining outings you have encountered.
 
Schedule
 
Team sessions are available Monday through Friday generally in the afternoon and evening. Please note during the month of December sessions will be available Monday thru Wednesdays only. Please speak with our event planner for availability.
